Noelle-Claire LeCann is an impact investor and the Managing Principal of AlphaSource Advisors LLC, a registered investment advisory where she manages a team of investment professionals focused on environmental and social impact investing. She has been responsible for directing the business since inception in 2007.

Noelle is also the vice-chair of the 100 Women in Finance Philanthropy Committee; and a board member of NASP, an advocacy group for women and minority-owned businesses in finance. She is also an ambassador for the TBLI Group, a values-based network focused on building an ecosystem for impact investing and maximizing investment flows into sustainability initiatives by highlighting the benefits of triple bottom line investing.

Janice Kuhn

Head of Corporate Sustainability

Janice helps organizations with business strategy and development, marketing, communications and PR. Having worked much of her 20-year career in the corporate sector, she is now leveraging her expertise for purpose -- with a focus on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability.
Janice is passionate about the power of private, public and social sector collaboration for environmental and social impact. She is Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G4 accredited for sustainability reporting through Deloitte and has completed the Executive Certificate program in Global Corporate Social Responsibility through Thunderbird School of Global Management. Before heading out on her own as a consultant, Janice was a Marketing Director at Sidley Austin LLP, a top ten global law firm.

Dallas (Colosi) Gilpin, CFA

Director – Financial Due Diligence

Dallas Gilpin CFA, was most recently a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Goldman Sachs, responsible for portfolio construction and oversight for Insurance asset management clients.

Previously, Dallas worked at Merrill Lynch supporting the Secondary CDO Desk and at ACA Capital managing Structured Credit portfolios.

Dallas graduated with her MBA from NYU in May of 2016 and her Bachelors in Finance from the City University of New York in 2005. Dallas serves as the Board President of Choices in Childbirth a not for profit organization in New York focused on maternal health education. Dallas also serves on the Board of New York State Birth Center Association in Kingston, NY. 

Richard W. Fronapfel

CTO and Technology Analyst

Richard Fronapfel is an impact investor and a Managing Principal and CTO at AlphaSource Advisors. Richard is responsible for sourcing and due diligence for investments in disruptive technologies with a particular focus on connectivity and IoT. Identifying cutting edge technologies to create energy-efficiencies, improved security for communities and wildlife, and climate-smart pipelines is his primary focus in marrying his passion for technology and impact investing.

Throughout his career, Richard has been responsible for the development, deployment and support of enterprise-scale systems within the advertising industry; rolling out stewardship and operational systems at Bates Worldwide, MindShare, Aegis Media and Miller Brewing Company.
